  • GENERAL

  • These commissions are for personal use only; allowed as streaming assets and otherwise non-monetized gain.

  • No NFTs / No AI-training

  • I reserve all ancillary rights in perpetuity; Merchandising is negotiable.

  • I reserve the right to dismiss any commission order when it's out of my range of skill or for any reason aside from the terms.

  • Visual references are required.

  • Please ask further questions regarding my commissions BEFORE commissioning me, if needed.

  • WORKFLOW

  • After reviewing your order, I’ll reach out to you to confirm pricing through DISCORD or to let you know if your request is beyond my capability.

  • Payment is required upfront; I will not begin work on the commission until payment is cleared.

  • Once a draft is sketched, you'll have a maximum of 3 major revisions. Any major change after the 3rd revision will incur a revision fee. *see Revision Examples below

  • After the sketch is completed, you'll have an opportunity to make 3 minor adjustments. *see Adjustments Examples below

  • After the Sketch is approved, no further revisions/adjustments can be made to the order.

  • I will provide ONE (1) Flat Color Draft for approval. Please be specific to color changes; any color changes after Flat Color Draft approval will incur an additional fee.

  • When the order is finalized, I will send you the completed commission along with any applicable alternates as listed in the commissions descriptions.

  • COMMUNICATION

  • Messages will be sent through DISCORD.

  • You may check the progress of your commission through my Trello. Any delays in commission progress will also be noted in (( TRELLO )).

  • Please note that my active hours are (( MONDAY 12PMPST — 5PMPST ))(( TUESDAY / WEDNESDAY / THURSDAY / FRIDAY 8AMPST — 12PMPST )) and responses outside of these hours are not guaranteed.

  • Do not spam or otherwise rush progress to have your commission finished early; my estimated working times vary by commission and are listed in the commission descriptions.

  • Any violation to communication may result is a non-refundable cancellation of your commission.

  • REFUNDS

  • No refunds may be issued by the client.

  • If i am unable to complete the order for any unexpected/unplanned reason, I will issue a refund in full.
